Was driving cross country and TPS (Throttle Position Sensor) warning dashboard light came on my 2022 Ram 3500 truck, making the vehicle inoperable while pulling my 40ft trailer. Maddox Service Department service manager George and his team of technicians was able to fit me in, diagnose problem, expedite ordering of the right parts, provided a loaner vehicle (making my stay in Sidney Nebraska that more enjoyable under the circumstances of an unexpected break down) and getting me back on the road in a timely, friendly professional manner!!!!! Thank you Maddox Motor Company also enjoyed meeting Maddie their Chihuahua.

We were driving cross country pulling our trailer and had wheel bearing issues. They fit us in, and took great care of us. Tim, the technician took pictures while he was doing the work, and texted them to me. Was very pleased with the great service we received. Highly recommend!

George and his team took care of us this morning. Had a mishap this morning pulling our 5th wheel out of where we stayed last night. Clipped the corner of the motel- the gutter. They got us in and out in an hour and helped us get back on the road. Free wifi and pleasant waiting room, loved their tic tac toe game. It was a hit with our 3 kids. Met Maddie the owners little Chihuahua. I don't know who had more fun, the dog or my kids.

Have to take the time to give some praise where it is deserved! George, thank you for taking the time to LISTEN and help over the phone when I called with my parents stranded on the side of the road near Cheyenne! You took the time to suggest some people near them and I can’t thank you enough! I know you are busy, but you took the time to listen and help! You my friend make a difference in this world and I for one appreciate you!
